BACK ON TRACK MARRIAGE
You Love Each Other. Now Learn to Understand Each Other.
For married couples who want more than good intentions, Back on Track offers practical, faith-based guidance for communication, connection, and lasting growth.
You love each other, so why does it feel this hard?
Somewhere along the way, the easy conversation became a careful conversation. You’re still in the same house, still showing up, still trying. But there are moments when it feels like you’re living alongside each other rather than truly together.
You’ve probably tried books, more conversations… maybe counseling, and things shifted for a while. But the same patterns kept finding their way back. Because effort alone doesn’t close that gap.

Here is what that gap actually looks like…
When you don’t understand how you and your spouse are designed, even your best intentions land the wrong way. The result is a set of patterns that most couples know all too well.

The conversation keeps going in circles.
Same fight, different week. Both of you are trying, but neither of you is getting through. And every round leaves a little more distance behind.

The words that land wrong, even when the heart is right.
You meant it one way. They heard something else entirely. So both of you pull back a little, and the wall gets one brick taller.

The expectations no one ever said out loud.
You each came in with a picture of what this was supposed to look like. Those pictures never got compared. So both of you keep waiting for something the other one doesn’t know they were supposed to give.

The quiet resignation that this is just how it is.
“Fine.” “Functional.” “Mostly peaceful.” And somewhere underneath all of it, the feeling that you both know this was supposed to be more.
Now, imagine your spouse’s design finally makes sense to you… and yours to them.
A marriage with a shared language, where the differences that used to create distance start creating depth. Where conflict leads somewhere instead of just circling back. Where both of you feel genuinely known.
You finally understand why your spouse responds the way they do, and you know how to reach them.
The recurring argument gets resolved because now you can see what is driving it.
Home becomes the safest place either of you knows.
You feel chosen, not just committed to.
Introducing…

Back On Track: The Relationship Growth Method for Marriage
A live, in-person or virtually online, 12-week program for married and engaged couples who are ready to understand each other at a deeper level, communicate in ways that actually connect, and build a marriage that keeps growing stronger.

Twelve lessons. Twelve weeks. Everything you need to get back on track.
The program is built in three phases, each one laying the foundation for the next. Every lesson combines teaching, practical exercises, and at-home reflection so that what you learn in the session becomes part of how you actually live.
Phase 1
Equip – Build Understanding and Awareness

Lesson 1: Building Your Foundation
Every strong marriage is built on a foundation that was laid in the right order. In this lesson, you’ll discover what that order is, why it matters, and how getting it right changes the health and direction of everything else.

Lesson 2: Finding Your Starting Point
Before you can truly understand your spouse, you have to understand yourself. You’ll explore how your personality and life experiences have shaped the way you think, respond, and relate to others.

Lesson 3: Understanding Your Design
Every personality style brings real strengths to a marriage, and real blind spots that quietly create damage. You’ll identify both, honestly and without shame, so you can begin working with yourself instead of against your spouse.

Lesson 4: Learning Your Spouse’s Route
This is where the work becomes deeply personal. You’ll map your spouse’s design alongside your own and begin to see exactly where your natural differences create tension, and where they can create remarkable strength.
Phase 2
Empower – Strengthen Communication and Connection

Lesson 5: Speaking Your Spouse’s Language
Knowing your spouse’s design is only the beginning. This lesson teaches you how to communicate in the way they are built to receive, so your words build connection rather than confusion.

Lesson 6: Listening for Understanding
Real listening is a skill most of us were never taught. This lesson builds your capacity to truly hear your spouse, cutting down the assumptions and misreads that quietly cause the most damage.

Lesson 7: Building Trust Along the Way
Trust isn’t rebuilt in a single conversation. This lesson maps what builds it and what quietly erodes it, and gives you a clear path toward a relationship where both of you feel genuinely safe.

Lesson 8: Aligning Your Direction
Many of the tensions in a marriage come from unspoken expectations. This lesson brings them to the surface so you can agree (as a team) on how to move forward together.
Phase 3
Engage – Apply What You Have Learned

Lesson 9: Navigating Conflict
Conflict handled well draws you closer. You’ll learn a framework for working through disagreement in a way that breaks the recurring cycle instead of feeding it.

Lesson 10: Stewarding Your Resources
Money is one of the most consistent sources of tension in a marriage, and one of the most addressable. You’ll build a shared approach to finances that reduces conflict and increases unity around what you’ve been given.

Lesson 11: God’s Design For Intimacy
This lesson helps couples see intimacy as more than physical connection, it’s built through trust, safety, vulnerability, and faith. You’ll explore what strengthens intimacy, what gets in the way, and how to cultivate deeper closeness in every season of marriage.

Lesson 12: Staying Anchored in Faith
Every other lesson in this program leads here. As both of you draw closer to God, you’re drawn closer to each other, and the cord that holds your marriage together becomes one that doesn’t break under pressure.
Back on Track is the program we wish every couple had access to from the beginning.
This Is About More Than A Better Marriage
Marriage was God’s idea long before it was ours. His design was always deeper than commitment alone, it was meant to reflect trust, unity, sacrificial love, and His character in the world.
That’s why Back on Track is about more than better communication skills. Yes, we give couples practical tools to understand one another, navigate conflict, and grow closer. But underneath all of it is something deeper: God is still restoring what sin has broken.
The tools help us understand one another. Christ transforms how we love one another.
The goal of this program is not simply a better marriage.
The goal is a marriage that reflects Christ.

By the end of 12 weeks, you’ll have…
A shared language for your relationship.
Using the Model of Human Behavior, you’ll both understand how you are each designed, what drives your responses, and where your differences have been creating friction. When couples finally see this clearly, frustration gives way to compassion.
The ability to communicate in a way your spouse actually receives.
Knowing your spouse’s design is one thing. Speaking to it is another. You’ll learn exactly how to adjust so your words land the way you intend them to.
A way through conflict that draws you closer.
You’ll learn how to approach disagreement in a way that breaks the pattern instead of repeating it, and repair afterward. Conflict and repair handled well is growth.
A home built on trust and genuine safety.
Trust grows through small, daily choices. This program shows you what builds it, what erodes it, and how to create the kind of relationship where both of you can show up fully.
Clarity on money, time, and what comes first.
From priorities to finances to how you function as a team, you’ll leave with shared clarity in the areas where most marriages quietly drift apart.
Why this program instead of just reading a self-help book?
Books can give you insight. Back on Track gives you a path.
This is not just more information to nod at and forget by next week. It is a live, guided experience where you and your spouse move through the work together, with structure, reflection, practical exercises, and support along the way.
Instead of trying to figure out on your own which advice applies to you, you’ll be led step by step through the conversations, habits, and frameworks that help real couples create real change.
This is where understanding stops being theoretical and starts becoming part of how you actually live together.
This Is What “Back on Track” Looks Like
We are stronger than ever before, undoubtedly.
Throughout this curriculum, we’ve experienced life-changing, generational impact. We are stronger than ever before, undoubtedly. After stepping in and saying yes to David & Victoria, and showing up each session, we have now come together in agreement and believe by faith that our two little girls, our grandchildren and a thousand generations more will have marriages that are eternal and Jesus Christ-centred.
This is a well-thought-out course that gives couples real tools they can use immediately, rather than just theory.
Even though I’m divorced, I found it incredibly valuable. This is a practical, honest, and well-thought-out course that gives couples real tools they can use immediately, rather than just theory. Many of these principles apply not only to marriage but to healthy relationships in general. I absolutely recommend this to other couples!
We learned how to communicate in ways that actually made eachother feel heard and understood
Taking this marriage small group was truly eye-opening for my husband and I. We learned how to communicate in ways that actually made each other feel heard and understood, thanks to the DISC profile insights. No matter how long you have been married, I recommend this small group to any couple who wants to feel more connected and confident in their relationship.
It has been an amazing and eye opening 12 weeks!
Thank you so much for sharing your time, knowledge and life experiences with us! It has been an amazing and eye opening 12 weeks. It has been great having you share your “moments” and “blind spots”. It lets us know we have to adjust to certain things but that’s ok – because we are a team – we either both win or we both lose. May God richly bless you both!
This class really helped us!
We started this class three weeks after we got married and we’ve already been hit with so much all at once. But this class really has helped us and I know it will continue to. We feel like we know you both and look up to you both. Victoria you are radiant, thank you for your joy and enthusiasm. David thank you for your boldness and leadership. Bless you both.
You are present and speaking truth from the heart and from the spirit
Thank you for your commitment to invest and lead this course! I’ve sat through so many trainings and even led some myself, but when you guys speak, it’s you. You are present and speaking truth from the heart and from the spirit. Your humility to each other is a great example and you’re able to not take yourselves too seriously because you’re submitting your identities to the Father and you have freedom! The world needs this! Thank you!

We’ve been where you are, and we know the way through

Trusted by Communities That Value People
Our classes are small by design
Back on Track Marriage is designed as a small-group experience, not a self-paced course. Each class is kept intentionally small to protect the quality of the experience and the depth of facilitation. We run Back on Track live in person and virtually online, and we can also deliver it as a hosted class for churches and organizations.
Who is this perfect for?
Married couples who are ready for more than just maintaining what they have.
Couples whose marriage is good and want it to be genuinely great.
Church leaders looking to bring a high-quality marriage program to your community.
Engaged couples who want to start their marriage with clarity.
Those who want practical, faith-informed tools, not just theory or inspiration.
Questions we hear most often
Is this program for married couples only?
Not at all. Back on Track is built for both married and engaged couples. Engaged couples can join a mixed class alongside married couples, or we can run dedicated classes specifically for couples who are preparing for marriage. The tools and insights in this program are just as valuable before the wedding as they are years into it.
Can we do this online, or does it have to be in person?
Both. Back on Track is available live in person and virtually online. We work with individual couples as well as groups through churches and organizations. When you book a call with us, we’ll talk through which format makes the most sense for your situation.
What if we have already tried counseling and it did not work?
We hear this often. Back on Track is not counseling. It is a structured education and growth program, not a therapy model. Many couples who felt like they had hit a wall in counseling have found that understanding each other’s design and how they were nurtured gave them the breakthrough they had been looking for.
How much time will this require each week?
Each live session is 90 minutes, designed to give you meaningful progress without overwhelming your schedule. On a few key weeks, you’ll also complete a short assessment or exercise outside of class—usually anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes. We also strongly recommend setting aside 30 to 60 minutes during the week to talk through what you’re learning together, because that’s often where the biggest breakthroughs happen.
Is this program faith-based? Do we have to be religious to participate?
Back on Track is built on a faith-informed foundation, and scriptural principles are woven throughout the program. At the same time, the behavioral tools and communication frameworks work regardless of where you are in your faith journey. We welcome couples who share our faith and couples who are simply looking for a program grounded in something deeper than technique.
Our marriage is in a good place. Is this still worth doing?
Absolutely. Back on Track is not just a rescue program. In any journey, being a few degrees off course over time leads you somewhere you never intended to go. This program gives healthy marriages the tools and shared language to stay strong, stay connected, and keep growing. Some of our most actively involved participants came in with a good marriage and left with a great one.
Can our church or organization bring this program to our community?
Yes. We work with churches, ministries, and organizations to deliver Back on Track as a group class experience for their community. Whether you want to run it as a dedicated series, a marriage retreat, or an ongoing small group program, we would love to talk through what that could look like for your context.
