We help people grow stronger by growing together.
About Relationship Growth Academy
At Relationship Growth Academy, we help couples and families grow stronger through deeper understanding, clearer communication, and practical, faith-based tools that work in real life.
Founded by David and Victoria Glass, RGA was built from a simple conviction: when people learn how to truly understand one another, relationships change. Marriages grow safer. Families grow stronger. Homes become places of greater peace, connection, and trust.
Through courses, workshops, assessments, and coaching, we help people move from frustration and miscommunication to clarity, empathy, and lasting growth.
Why We Do This Work
We believe God designed relationships for joy, safety, and purpose, and that learning how we’re designed is one of the most loving things we can do for each other.
Having a shared language softens conversations, clarifies decisions, and makes home and work feel safe again.
Our approach is personal. Our tools are simple. Our mission is clear:
Help people understand one another so they can thrive in life, leadership & legacy

Our Story

“We pressed pause to get it right.”
Before they met, both David and Victoria chose a season of faith, mentorship, simplicity, and focus, saying no to the easy wrong things and yes to the harder right ones. When they finally crossed paths, Victoria knew the first night they’d marry; David caught up four days later and proposed five days after that. Seven months later, in 1996, they said “I do.”
Since then, relationships have been the heartbeat of everything: marriage, family, business, and ministry. They’ve raised one son (now a military pilot), welcomed 20+ foster children, served communities across 32 countries on six continents, and learned one enduring truth: people matter. Investing in people can be messy and hard, but it’s always worth it.
Victoria lives by “Leave people better than you found them.”
David lives by “Preach the gospel wherever you go – and if you must, use words.”

David Glass

Operator, Teacher, Faith-Driven Builder of People
David has spent his life turning insight into action, for couples, churches, and teams. An ordained minister and certified DISC and SYMBIS consultant, he pairs a pastor’s heart with an operator’s discipline, translating behavioral science into everyday practices that lower conflict, build trust, and help people flourish.
With Victoria, his wife of nearly 30 years, he has led small groups and conferences (FamilyLife Today®, Marriage on the Rock®, Marriage Insights Institute®), offered premarital counseling, and served churches that want consistent, high-quality formation without adding staff load.
Before co-founding Relationship Growth Academy, David led in the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds: IT manager at a Fortune 500 (multi-site systems, seven-person teams, enterprise rollouts, and cost savings) and founder of Missions Lumber Company, a values-driven business serving builders across the Pacific Northwest. That blend of ministry, operations, and leadership means he meets people where they are, boardroom or living room, and gives them clear steps that work this week.
As RGA’s Lead Facilitator, David teaches using a faith-based approach that gives couples and teams a shared language for communication, decisions, and repair. He has facilitated or supported dozens of church events, and has officiated weddings across Montana and Texas. What people remember is his steadiness, clarity, and hope: a calm guide who turns “we don’t get each other” into “we’ve got this.”
Ordained Minister • Certified DISC Consultant (Personality Insights®) • SYMBIS Facilitator • B.S., Computer Science (Honors), University of Montana

Victoria Glass

Builder, Teacher, Relational Strategist
Victoria has been building things that bring people together her whole life, first as a nationally recognized photographer and studio owner, then as an event venue operator, teacher, and community builder.
For nearly three decades she led Creative Vision Photography, a 4,000-sq-ft studio with a small team, earning PPA’s Photographic Craftsman, multiple state Photographer of the Year honors, national Fuji and Kodak awards, while also serving her industry as MPPA President, long-time PPA State Councilor, and PPA Ethics Committee chair. She later expanded into The Pavilion at Creative Vision, a full-service wedding and event venue where she handled everything from planning, production, coordination and guest experience – skills that would make her a calm, capable guide in any high-stakes moment.
Service and safety are recurring threads. Victoria founded Women’s Firearm Academy to move women from fear to confidence, built local communities like Babes & Bullets, and in recent years has run a professional car service in Austin while doing something uniquely Texan – relocating venomous snakes and teaching neighbors how to stay safe. Along the way, she’s taught Photoshop and Lightroom, cooking classes, and more; she’s fluent in ASL, a lifelong learner, and the person people call when something needs building, fixing, or explaining.
For nearly 30 years, the heart of her work has been marriage and family. Together with David, she’s led small groups and conferences (FamilyLife Today®, Marriage on the Rock®, Marriage Insights Institute®), she is also SYMBIS Certified and Advanced DISC Certified.
Now at Relationship Growth Academy, Victoria uses faith-honoring care and relationship growth frameworks to help engaged couples, spouses, and families understand how they’re designed so they can communicate clearly, lower stress, and grow stronger, together.
Her quiet motto still says it best: leave people better than you found them.
