David and Victoria Glass have spent decades helping couples, families, and communities grow stronger through understanding, intentionality, and practical relationship tools.
Married since 1996, they are parents to one son, foster parents to more than 20 children, and long-time leaders in marriage ministry. Their work has taken them into churches, conferences, small groups, and communities across six continents, always with the same conviction: people thrive when they learn how to understand one another well.
Through Relationship Growth Academy, David and Victoria combine lived experience, faith-based wisdom, and tools like DISC and SYMBIS to help engaged couples and spouses communicate more clearly, navigate conflict more wisely, and build relationships that last.
